Chair - Hay - J41

HAY’s reproduction of Børge Mogensen’s classic J41 chair has a slightly slanted backrest and widely-spaced spindles creating an uncluttered design that offers a timeless quality. With a broad plywood seat and frame in solid oak or beech, the design is both hard-wearing and comfortable.

This chair is commercial standard and is certified to be used in restaurants and bars as well as in the home.

Material

• The two natural wood options are made of solid oak, choose between an oiled oak or a water-based lacquered version. 
• All the coloured options are water-based lacquered beech wood which gives a smooth and shiny finish 

Care Instructions

• Wipe with a damp cloth. Natural detergents can be used.

When can I expect my custom order to arrive in store?

• We do not keep the chairs as a stock item, there is a 4-6 week lead time to custom order them but this may differ depending on stock availability. Once the order is placed we can advise you the exact ETA.
