At Industry & Co, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
